Need help with this.....keep receiving pops up indicating that optimizer.exe is trying to acces the DNS server. I cannot delete either with Norton or through Control Panel. Can anyone help?

Could you do an online virus scan here http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Select to Fix/Repair anything it finds.

If you have any questions about any of the steps - just ask in this thread and someone will be able to help you.

When you get to it, do a HijackThis log and post it in this thread so someone can help you.
