since last night when this happened haven't been able to open any websites and even mozilla firefox seems to have been affected - I have already worked thru several hijthis sessions and eliminated a few items but to no avail yet

the hijack.de analyzing website from germany seems not to be working at the moment generating much frustration

any clues?
