I am running XP pro and when I can get it started up I get a series of svchost.exe errors such as, 0x77f57b58 referenced memory at 0x00720010, the it says that the memory could not be "read", the window then asks me to press ok to terminate the program and this cycles through many times before Windows shuts itself down.

Can someone pleas help me.
