MSN hijacked me!

oh crap, i got IMed and i clicked on the link and ran the exe (i'm an idiot) and then my msn locked up and i sent all these IMs to my friends iwth the same thing, and now when i do ctrl + alt + del, it disappears, and i can't run HiJack this... my symantec scanner also says theres an error when i try to scan.
