Help Restarting Computer

My computer keeps restarting while Im doing something on the computer every 2 hours or so.
However, it always restarts when I try to shut down, which means I cannot turn off safely. Please help

I dont know much about computers but I saw Kernal_Stack_Inpage_Error popping across my screen. It might be the cause?
