I recently got Verizon Broadband and ever since I got it different programs are constantly downloaded on my desktop, I get many different pop ups, and now I cant even open Internet Explorer. At this point I am willing to buy something to prevent this from happening with my computer but I dont know what to buy. Also I dont know how to fix these problems and a women I spoke with from verizon couldnt even help. So if anyone can please help me!! I've included a hijack this log.
