Hello. How's it going?

Well, I think I've run into a problem. Any input would be appreciated. Umm, basically my computer went through the whole, blue screen memory dump thing a few hours ago. (Oh, and yeah don't let my computer savvy words haha, confuse you . I know my nickname may say geek, but I am no geek. I wish LOL. It sounds cute though ).

Any who, so after my system rebooted I ran HijackThis and saw that the nt services looked weird. NTBootMgr missing, NTLOAD unknown owner, etc. I did some reading on here, and downloaded some programs to try and remove any viruses or malaware myself. I've now rebooted again, after running: ewido, TrojanHunter, Spysubtract, and the Panda online scan. The ewido, TrojanHunter, and Spysubtract are all showing up clean. Only the Panda scan shows the following:

I'm afraid to mess anything up by erasing something important. So what do I do,...just erase the entries? I know enough to where I can follow directions well, and google stuff up, if I don't understand something so shoot LOL.
