I am experiencing print spool error and rpc server unavailable in XP home. One day it's there and the next it was gone. No print drivers, nothing. I have downloaded patches for XP, downloaded PC Mightymax for registry repairs. Have spoken to Dell customer support(don't bother). My virus scans have all come back clean (PCDoc, Spybot, Mcaffee virus). I am new to all of this, so please be patient if I ask a lot of "duh" - like questions. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.
