Big Problem

Hi, I am having a moajor problem. My computer seems to be fried. When ever I start it, the computer works for may 5 minutes...or less and them reboots itself. Sometimes it will stay on for 20 minutes or so but it is pretty much frozen if not VERY slow? Any ideas what the problem might be, i am running Windows 2000. :tazz:
