No firewall over 2 weeks, too much malware!

[size=7] I did not notice for about two weeks my firewall was disabled. Trying to turn on windows xp firewall but it disconnected me and caused an inability to go online. My firefox is connecting but still no IE connection. now no matter how many times i clean my system the same trojans and viruses keep coming back.
Oct 17 I posted a HJT Log, but it got lost or overlooked by accident.
