Hello All,

I have this ppctl.dll file which is giving me some head aches...

Error:
The application or DLL C:\Program Files\Common Files\Scanner\ppctl.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

Title bar says: AOLServiceHost.exe -Bad Image

The weird thing is, after I delete this file it restores itself...

Can you please give me your inputs... Our Moderator on TSG conclude it an AOL issue...
I beleive her 101%, but since I want to be a Geek to go graduate.. I want to start my quest on my own issue.

PS, I really just want to know why does this file restore itself after being deleted...
