I receive the following error message, usually when booting:

An exception occurred while trying to run ""C:\WINDOWS\System32\lypcxlln.dll",
DllGetVersion"

What does this mean? How do I fix or permanently get rid of this message?

Also, have chronic problem with flash (?) popup ads where ads appear in middle of screen, even when I am not on a website--occurs while on a software program, playing a game and while on a website. Also, typical popup ads on IE. Have done all malware steps except those I was prevented from performing. Thanks in advance for suggestions/help.
