Hard Drive problem

Hi Guys,
I am getting a sort of clicking noise from my 80 Gig Primary HD , every now and then. Do you think it is on its way out. I must admit, it is only 1 year old. Any ideas please.

Um. not much good news here you hard drive is starting to fail on you get it backed up asap.
