ok, I have never posted anygthing to get help in this area, but I am at a loss as to what to do about it. So her is the problem:

I do my weekly ad/spyware scans and this week i have theis istsvc.exe thing poping up all over my registry and one file (the source of it i am thinking). All is fine and well I get rid of it and think all is fine....I do my check scan when i reboot and it is gone. Then i connect to the net and boom something is downloading in the back ground....low and behold it is that Istsvc.exe.

I have run my spyware scaners several times even went in and manualy took eveything out, but it always downloads again when i connect to the internet. I know there has to be another program that is running that causes this but my adware scaners and are not picking it up for some reason. Below I included my running processes to see if you guys can pick this program out.

Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide.

Well after days of downloading adware scaners and following the advice of the to the letter of the "read this first" post I had no luck getting rid of my problem. Then a friend of mine said he found out that Microsoft has a new beta anti-spyware program offered free to the public. So I tried it.

This program should be added to your list of adware removers as soon as you can. This software has found everything and killed it, removed it and made it so that it can't be put back. All the other programs I Tried did not find half the things this one did. (I tried over 14 different one before this one)

Thank you for any time you have put into looking at my hijackthis log.
I am just relieved that this problem had finally been takien care of.

ILoveBacon.....a lot lol
