I am having the same trouble. How do you even do a speed test? I can't download WinsockXPFix now. It will get so far and then just stop.

Hello Jabba21

Are you still having trouble with winsock downloading

If you google line speed test, you need to use a site near your location for correct results

You will get an output which you can send to your ISP if it is very different from the line speed you are supposed to be getting

Ok, I did a line speed test a little while ago. It was a lot lower than what it should have been. I kept trying to get the WinsockXPFix and the speed finally sped back up. I checked it again and it was at near normal speed. I went ahead and ran the WinsockXPFix program anyway and everything seems to be fine now. I guess it was a problem on the ISP end.
