Ok i did it and it said it was finished and restarted my comp...yet it still froze like beofre ... Any other suggestions???

That went way too fast...
Go to your BIOS settings and see if you can find the processor temperature for me. It will say on the first splash screen which key to press to "Enter Setup" Usually it's F1 or Delete.

Says my system tempature is 31 C and my CPU tempature is 34 C

Ok...the temps are acceptable.
Are you sure the computer was hanging during the sfc /scannow check? It sometimes doesn't show many signs of progress. It can take up to an hour to run.
This is a wierd one...

Uhm yah i guess if you want ill do it again... but iwent safe mode with prompt and put in chkdsk /f maybe thats wrong or is it right??...I'll do it again if u want

At the command prompt...type sfc /scannow (Note the space between sfc and /) and press "Enter". You will be asked for your installation cd, so have it handy. Wait for the scan to finish (this might take up to an hour). When it's finished, from the command prompt...type chkdsk /r /f (Again...note the spaces) and reboot when prompted (type Y and press Enter). This will run on boot-up so restart will take a while...be patient.

Ok i tryed that and i got this error in command prompt
"Windows file protection could not inituate a scan of protected system files"
" the specific error code is 0X000006ba [The rpc server is unavalible]

From the command prompt, type %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe exactly. This will (hopefully) start System Restore. Restore to a point before this problem began.

It turns to this ~ and when i press this key ~ it turns 2 some weird linewith a little thing coming off of it and goign down
