Installshield won't open! Help please!

I downloaded a .16 bit exe file. I know it was 16 bit because I had downloaded it before when I got the error message where there might be something wrong with the autoexec.nt. So I GOT IT FIXED.

Now after that when I try to open up the file it won't open up at ALL. Can someone help me? :tazz:
