Call of Duty 2 problem

After I installed the game, it ran fine. I stopped playing because I had to eat. Then I tried to open it again and play, but the screen just stayed black. I could hear all of the music and sounds, but the whole screen was black. I tried rebooting, but that doesn't seem to work.

Please help.
