.net passport problems

Right so basically, i cant sign into msn messenger or my email or any .net passport site, i dont know what has happened, its almost like it doesnt exist on my pc. As said is a post before, there is lagging when i type me email in and automatically says that the service is unavailibale.

Any help would be much appreciated,

Welcome to GeeksToGo.

So when you log-in to a site like Hotmail in a normal browser it says 'service is unavailibale'?
