That's a good question, and I hope someone answers it. However I do know that Nero will let you make images of your disk on cd-roms.

do you mean mirror,or clone?

has several utilities to clone.

Mirroring is more of a RAID function, though there was a program out there some years ago from the makers of Partition Magic that mirrored on the fly, but it was discontinued
