NTLDR is compressed and i've tried everything i kno i booted it from 6 floppy disk's and searched on google and i have no windows xp cd-rom and need help fast im tryin everything from google and if u have an answer plz help me

If you don't have an XP CD you're basically up the creek without a paddle.

You'll have to find a friend who you can borrow one off. You may be able to do a Windows repair to save it but highly likely you'll end up having to wipe it.

Just out of interest why did you compress that file, or how did it come to be compressed?
