I used virus scan but it dosent pick anything up..
I also tried to update it but something wont allow me to..

Also, I can't open up programs, the only way I can open IE is by pressing the email button on my MSN messenger.

When I press IE on my quickbar it gives me this message
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

This message appears when I open any programs..
Even when I try to open Control Panel.. it happens

Which is odd because I didnt change any settings and my account on XP is an administrative one... so I'm sure I have a virus.. any clue on this?
