I bought a new pc 6 months ago. Windows xp home addition.

I have microsoft office 60 day trial that I don't plan on using or buying it.

It has Excell, Outlook, powerpoint, Word, and office tools

If I click the remove button I get.

Modifying this folder will affect all users who log on to this pc. Do I want to continue?

Can I remove the trial software from my PC? If I remove it will it cause problems with my pc?

Thanks Maggie

it wont cause problems....it's just warning you that it will remove it from everyone's account not just yours..but if you were planning on getting rid of it anyway...just uninstall it

Howdy:

You can remove it.. That is XP's standard message whenever you remove a shared program..

All it is saying is that, if you remove it from your use, it will be removed for every user on your system..

Not to worry!!
