Hmm, I'm not sure what you're talking about. Can you explain in more detail what you want? What's IE Animation? What did your ISP give you? What did you download from online? We need some more details in order to help you out.

i think hes talking about the little animation in the upper right corner of internet explorer he was trying to customize it, somehow he managed to change it but he wants it back to normal now. thats what i managed to make out of it im not sure how to help you tho, not my area.

Yeah, sorry. I meant the little moving animation in the corner. Mine was a b (for blueyonder), but then I changed it to like a scroll kinda thing (only cos the b was irritating me) and now I want to get the moving Windows flag that my is supposed to be there by default.

Ok, that should be pretty simple.
Please download and install TweakUI for Windows XP:
TweakUI for Windows XP
Then open it -> go to Internet Explorer -> click either small animation or large animation (whichever you like better, they're the same thing just different sizes) -> select Windows -> Apply/Ok -> close TweakUI
Note: make sure you close all IE windows when you do this, once you do it, then you can reopen IE and see if it worked.
