I'm at my wit's end.... I cannot get task manager to come up, nor can I get regedit or Hijack This to come up. I double click the icon and it looks like it's going to come up, then *poof*, nothing. I know, from AVG's continued attempts, that I'm infected with at least Collected.5.L, but something else is blocking my ability to run HJT, regedit and even task manager.

Ideas? Please, this is driving me crazy!
