Every time I open my video folder (which contains about 5 folder with files in) the folder doesn't respond, it opens the folder to show the other folders but then it doesn't respond and I have to go to task manager and end the task. I have scanned the computer for viruses using McAfee but there aren't any. I don't know what's wrong and how to correct it.
Can someone please help as i have a lot of files conatined in that folder that I don't want to lose.
Thanks

Hi TanyaHunt. I would say you may have disc damage but based on what you've said, it's too early to tell. To begin with check the drive you have your data on and check it for errors. Go to the properties of the drive and you can run a check there. Come back to us with a little more info if poss. :tazz:
