All of a sudden, when i turn on my computer, it goes through the entire loading process, (including the windows loadup part, but right when the load up ends, to start windows, it says "problem loading Kernel, must re-install windows", that message comes up for about 5 seconds, and then the system shuts itself off.

is there any way a boot disk can fix this problem?
