Hi I'm new to this so please bear with me. I am currently having a lot of problems with my computer and I am almost certain it is some kind of spyware. I ran Ad-aware SE along with all of the modifications that your site recommends, but every time it picks up the same traces of spyware and the program will not delete them. I also tried using Webroot Spysweeper and that program would do basically the same thing, except it would tell me something was running in my memory. I think it has something to do with BHO_sep or something like that. Let me know if you have any suggestions on what to do.

Thank you.
