Can somebody please help me?

Hi, I'm new and found this site by searching for DrWatson Debugger since my computer keeps saying that it has encountered an error. I noticed a problem when my computer kept stopping when just running winamp, since then it's been incredibly slow and keeps making these clicking noises (kind of like taking a picture). I got it in March, it's a Dell, so I don't think there's something physically wrong with it since I haven't dropped it and it's just sitting on the table when it clicks. I downloaded the hijackthis program and ran it, I'll paste what it gave me below. I did check my computer for viruses and none were found. Is there something else I can/should do? Thank you very much for any help you can give me!!!

I forgot to mention. After it first started being slow and clicking I restarted. It took me a few tries to get it actually started because it kept coming up with a blue screen asking me if I wanted to start it in safe mode, the previous settings that the computer last worked with, or normal. Thanks again for any help you can give me!

Hi firstly could you move your hijack this.exe to c:\ instead of your temp folder.

From here:
C:\Documents and Settings\Stevie\Desktop\web pics\HijackThis.exe
To here:
C:\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe
Next:
Close all other applications including any windows open except hijack this and rescan and post a new log. Cheers
