I'M LOST, TODAY'S PROBLEM CONCERNS AN ARM LAPTOP, THE MONITOR SUDDENLY WENT VERY DARK,THE IMAGE IS STILL THERE BUT CANNOT BE READ, THE COMPUTER IS CARRIED IN THE FIELD AND HOOKED UP TO A SCANNER, WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH A LOOSE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION TO THE SCANNER AND THINK THAT MAY HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE PROBLEM. I CAN'T DETERMINE IF THIS IS A HARDWARE PROBLEM OR IF MAYBE I JUST NEED TO MESS WITH THE VIDEO DRIVERS OR SOMETHING. ANY IDEAS?
