How do I unpartition my Winbook XL running Windows 98. I don't have a copy of windows and it only has a 2GB hard drive. Drive C is 1.5 and drive D is .5 used as a backup. I don't need drive D as a backup as I have an externel 80GB drive that also is used as a backup.

Sometimes the computer mfr. has unpartition software, I know that Compaq had it for some machines, but I suspect D: is backup for your installation files, which you might want to keep. You can also load any new programs to the D: drive and run them from there, so you can make use of the partition.
