Internet Explorer Error

Hi,

Everytime I exit Internet Explorer i get this error. Please see the screen shot attached.

Next time it happens do the "Click Here" bit and copy and paste what it says into a reply.

Error i get:

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: shdocvw.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2900.2180 Offset: 0001749d

Any ideas?
