Cant find my recycling bin!

Allthe files i try to delete are soposto go to my recyling bin but i deleted my shortcuts and now i dont no where and how to get to my recycling bin. someone please help me thanks

Try following these directions:

Also, if you open Windows Explorer on the side do you see the recycle bin? Can you get into it or drag the icon to your desktop?
