When I access my CDs in my laptop, the files open with the ICONS mode highlighted. How can I get them to permanently open with DETAILS?

You can set the default folder view in Windows Explorer.

Open a folder and set it to details, Then up the of the window press

Tools < Folder Options This open the "View" tab. Press "Apply to all Folders"

Your done!
