VLC media player DLL error

i downloaded the VLC media player 8.2 for my windows 95 but when i try to run it it says A required DLL file.WS2_32DLL, was not found PLEASE someone help me my aol instant message is cervantesby contact whenever! thanks!

You can download a zipped copy from this site. Many sites host .dll files, and since they are Microsoft files, they can't charge for them, they're free!!!

For unzipping, I recommend 7-zip, which is also freeware.

cool thanks it pop's up now but now bigger problem it dosent play xvid format and when i try to play the format that my media player 6.4 already plays it dosent even play that so i unistaled it ,i have a lot of movies in dvix and xvid format and cant play any of them, do know of a player for windows 95 that can play this format right after download or a codec for my media player 6.4, "or" a player that you can download the codect and tell me how to install the codec to the player becuase i have no idea! thanks
