Hi there cora and welcome,
We try to grab logs as qucikly as possible, It helps that you have taken the first step and running throught the recommendations in the "Prior to posting your HJT log" topic
There are items running in your log that will require some manual removal and a staff member should be along to help shortly, If not your topic is almost at the 3 day no reply time frame, Please be patient but if you don't get a response to your topic please see this Topic
