i have a dell dimension 5100 with win xp mce (i know dell and gatway sux but 40 $ month helps) anyways i have a Radeon X300SE 128MB (RX300SE) pci express video card and it wont allow me to use two monitors the intrgeated video is almost none existent it dont show up in the device manger or bios i called dell the 3 people i talked to didnt have a clue and wanted 99 $ i called ati and the said the is no way you can stop the pci exp vid card from disabling the intrgrated video screw them does anyone know of any way to stop it and allow me to use two monitors i would greatly apprechate any help even if the anwser is no

they are correct...you cannot run the onboard graphics card with a pci card....you could in theory run two pci cards, or a pci card and an agp card...or one card with dual monitor capability...but you cannot run an expansion card while running built in hardware (same thing for sound cards)
