I am going to add a DVD burner and was wondering if there was a difference in capacity or quality between the DVD-R/RW's, DVD+R/RW and the DVD+-R/RW's???

Well DVD +/- drives will beu useful when the industry settles on a standard. At the moment it could go either way towards plus disks or minus disks.

Therefore best solution at this time is to get a drive that can read/write plus and minus disks, hopefully by the time it packs up there'll be a standard.
