I am not computer savvy, actually when comes down to it I know not anything

All I know is that while playing on pogo my AVG popped up saying I had several viruses(104 to be exact)
anyway I also have McAfee from AOL but they have yet to say they found a virus. What I need to know and AVG can't help me because I don't have a purchased product (its free) is what do I do to get rid of them
I will attach the test results that show the name and where they are hidding or file name.Please help me out here
