I've been having trouble recently with these popups that randomly come up, sometimes even 3 at a time, even when a browser is not open. I've search through other poststo try and figure this out. i've run throught a number of suggestions, but no luck. Different programs will find different things if anything.
So now i'm just asking you guys to help me out here, i don't want to reformat or something, this thing is frustrating.
