Hi,

My computer just got infected with the bloodhound virus, I did all the steps after reading the forum on this virus, however, my computer is still infected.

My desktop background is hijacked with a warning page, I deleted the page and now my desktop page is all white. I can't go to the properties menu on the desktop or the explorer. Please help if you can.

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.
