hi there
OK, this has me stumped, I have cleaned my system with Ad-Aware and Microsoft anti-spy, cleaned my reg with JV16, done numerous Norton virus scans got the latest windows updates but I still get a couple of b#$%^&*( pop-ups coming up.
have since also tried spybot, shreader and ewido (which found 2 look2me threats but couldn't remove them) I tried the look2me uninstaler but it said I havent got it instaled
HELP PLEASE I'M GOING INSANE

OK done

I've found windows\system32\jtt500.dll
windows\system32\delete.tmp

both come up as look2me virus but Norton and Ewido fail to remove them
obviously I can't delete because they are "being used"
