I have a relatively new computer and I think the harddrive that I have might have malicious content in it. I am not an expert at removing viruses or other things so I just downloaded hijack this and am going to paste the log. Thanks in advance.

I am new here and I guess staff here gets really busy and probably cant reply right away, but I guess if my post has made it past the first page no one will see it. So im guessing i should just reply to it. although i dont know much, when i look at my log, the following dont seem to me like they belong their:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\defragfat32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\getdir.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Windows DLL Loader] C:\WINDOWS\system32\defragfat32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [start extracting] spoolvs.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Registry System16 Checkup Monitor] SystemReg16.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [windows Personal getdir] getdir.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Registry System16 Checkup Monitor] SystemReg16.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [start extracting] spoolvs.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [windows Personal getdir] getdir.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\RunServices: [start extracting] spoolvs.exe

And a week ago or so i could barely use my computer cause my svchost was using 99% of the power and I get to many things requesting outgoing internet connections but i fooled around with the computer and although i didnt do anything drastic, the situations is not as bad.
