I'm trying to transfer from an old computer [Windows XP Pro] to a new computer [Windows XP Home]. My problem is I can't name the computers both the same name, not allowed on the network. How do I get the old computer to see the new computer?

The computers have to have different names, and different IPs on the network, but the workgroup names have to be the same. Best to make a folder named shared in the old machine and move the files to it, and enable sharing.
