ActiveX problems in Internet Explorer. PLEASE HELP

I have tried so many different suggestions and still cannot view certain pages with activex through Internet Explorer. I need this for a website i am using to get work done, and i cant view it. PLEASE HELP. All that shows up is a big blank white box with a small triangle, circle and square in the left corner of that box.

Thanks all who try to help me. I really appreciate it.
