Hi,

So, all I need to do is follow the step by step process (the link you provided) and go from there? It's a little scary, what I do something to harm my sytems, access to internet, etc. I work out of my home via the computer 10 hours everyday. I am afraid I may do something incorrect?

basically, just do this:

many antispyware programs will not be able to completely remove the spyware from you computer. Go directly to step 5 and download Hijackthis. Run it and save a log. Copy that log to the Malware forum here: http://www.geekstogo...o-Here-f37.html

The staff will help you remove it.
