Well, I don't exactly know how it happened but it did. One day I was on my computer and I tried switching users, and the the Login window appeared, where I had to enter my screen name and my password. But I don't remember ever setting those. Is there a way I can retrieve my password to unlock my computer?

Hello

If you have never set a password it should just mean you have to leave it blank. Can you log into another account that has administrative privileges?

Hope this helps.
