Well my friend's family got a new computer and well, it stinks for a new computer really, but he moved, so we talk online and we both love the Command and Conquer gaming series. Well C&C Generals/Zero Hour requires alot, anyways, I am giving you guys his specs, what should he upgrade, his RAM or his video card?

Both, 224 mb ram (witch would be 256 if not for onboard video) and onboard video won't play todays top games.

The semperon cpu is also not that great for games but he should get by with it if he upgrades the ram and video card.
