Go to Start > Run and type: cmd
In the command window that opens type the following lines hitting the Enter key after each line. Note the spaces and quotes, they are needed.
sc stop "iTunes MusicService"
sc delete "iTunes MusicService"
exit

You are running two antivirus programs at the same time (Norton and AVG) but that can cause some serious conflicts and problems. If you want to keep both that's fine, but you should turn off one's active protection and keep it just for updating and scanning.
Visit Windows Update regularly to get the latest security updates.You can also enable automatic updates.Your antivirus software and antispyware programs should also be updated regularly. Make a habit of running scans on a timely basis. Be careful about what you download, scan every file before clicking on it.

IE/Spyad
Adds a list of malicious sites to your Restricted Sites Zone.
Firefox An alternate browser safer than IE
