Got a friend with a webcam. He uses it for ICQ only, but I can't access it through ICQ, apparently that works only for Windows XP while I got Win2k. Since I don't know anything about webcams at all and he doesn't seem to know much more than how to use it with ICQ, I'd like to know if there's any other way for me access his cam and see him? I'm sure there is, but we're both stumped.
